The Secret Drawer was formed in 1998 by cabinet maker and designer Richard Mason. Richard, twice voted the UK's Champion Cabinet Maker, has a passion for creating beautiful furniture in high quality materials and has spent his working life studying and perfecting the traditional skills of the cabinet maker.

Operating from a 15,000 sqft workshop in Skipton, at the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, a team of hand-picked craftsmen uphold Richard Mason's meticulous standards and maintain the reputation upon which The Secret Drawer's success has grown. Showrooms in the picturesque village of Cononley and the bustling tourist magnet of Ilkley, perfectly showcase the village of these talented artisans.
